A new connection across the Ohio River

The Ohio River Bridge – East End Crossing connects Indiana and Kentucky across the Ohio River, forming the eastern segment of the Louisville metropolitan beltway along Interstate 265. The infrastructure links suburban growth areas and logistics zones while improving regional mobility around Louisville. By completing the ring road around the metropolitan area, the project relieves congestion on existing river crossings and supports commuter traffic as well as freight flows across one of the United States’ major transport corridors.
