Through our subsidiary ViaPlus, we deliver tolling technology, transaction processing, back-office systems and customer service supporting electronic and free-flow toll collection in multiple markets. In the United States, ViaPlus supports transport authorities and road concessionnaires in California, Texas, Colorado and Georgia. In India, ViaPlus operates platforms that process FASTag RFID toll transactions and manage customer accounts across the national highway network. In Europe, ViaPlus also manages the free-flow tolling operations and customer relations for Turas on Dublin’s M50 ring road.

Deploying AI to enhance US toll performance
ViaPlus is already deploying artificial intelligence solutions across its toll services in the United States to improve both free-flow tolling performance and customer operations. AI-powered image processing helps optimize vehicle recognition in multi-lane tolling systems, delivering accuracy rates above 99.9%. AI tools support customer service teams by assisting agents, automating first-level inquiries and generating call summaries.
Supporting India’s transition to free-flow tolling
ViaPlus was selected to deploy and operate free-flow systems at two pilot toll plazas on the Delhi–Jaipur Expressway and at Badarpur on the Chennai–Delhi Highway in New Delhi. These projects will enable barrier-free tolling, reducing congestion while helping authorities test large-scale deployment.
