Accelerating in a growing market
Public authorities are increasingly turning to concession models to finance, modernize and operate their road infrastructure. The acceleration of public-private cooperation is driving active development within VINCI Highways, both in the countries where we already operate and in new geographies. Our growth dynamic is reflected in our organization model, combining network-wide synergies with local autonomy.
How we operate
Our organization is built for long-term responsibility. It shapes how we operate and create value across our network.

Strategy
We rely on an integrated model covering all market needs. From construction to operations and digital services, we provide public authorities with comprehensive mobility solutions.

Governance
VINCI Highways operates under the leadership of President Belen Marcos, supported by executive directors based in the regions where we operate. Central functions foster network synergies.

Footprint
Most of our activity is generated in the Americas, supported by a historically strong presence in Europe. The diversity of our concessions reinforces our global expertise and operational discipline.
The strength of the VINCI Group
VINCI Highways is part of the VINCI Group, world leader in concessions, construction and energy, with more than a century of experience. This affiliation brings unique capacity to structure and finance our complex road programs and mobilise world-class expertise. It gives public authorities the assurance of partnering with a Group whose reliability and long-term commitment set a reference worldwide.
A leader in mobility
Together, VINCI Autoroutes in France and VINCI Highways internationally form a network of more than 8,000 km, making VINCI the world’s first private toll road operator. VINCI is also the world’s leading private airport operator through VINCI Airports, managing 70 airports in 14 countries. This exceptional footprint strengthens our understanding of how people and goods move across territories and opens strong career pathways for our teams.
A pioneer of highway concessions
We play a leading role deploying concessions in countries opening to the model, and in scaling it where frameworks mature. From early PPPs in Central Europe to leadership positions in Germany and Greece and now Brazil as our largest market, we have demonstrated our ability to integrate locally and adapt to regulatory and institutional contexts. This agility continues to drive our expansion.
Investing in public confidence
Choosing VINCI Highways means choosing a partner that proactively manages the reputation and public image of the projects entrusted to us. We enhance the standing of each highway so it serves as a lever of territorial value. Site visits, open days, dialogue with residents, and positive engagement with media and stakeholders are concrete actions we take to enhance local links and acceptability.
Responsibility and Purpose
We focus on the long-term impact of every concession we manage. Our growth is tied to safer roads, lower environmental footprint and stronger local economies. We act with accountability and consistency, so that the infrastructure entrusted to us benefits the territories it serves.
A culture of integrity
VINCI Highways operates under the ethical principles and compliance standards of the VINCI Group. We promote a culture of integrity and responsible business conduct through continuous training such as the Group’s annual Ethics Week.
