Mathieu LISBONIS

Mathieu Lisbonis is Executive Director at VINCI Highways, overseeing its operations in Peru and Colombia, where he oversees Lima Expresa and Via Sumapaz.

He joined VINCI Highways as Chief Operating Officer for North America and later served as Global Chief Technology Officer, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Parkway, Denver, CO, in 2024.

Mathieu Lisbonis brings more than 20 years of international experience in transportation infrastructure, with a career spanning construction, operations, technology and executive leadership. Before joining VINCI Highways, he held senior operational positions at VINCI Autoroutes and began his career as a civil engineer in the construction industry. His international career has included major transportation infrastructure projects and operations across Europe and the Americas.

He earned a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée School of Engineering.
