Tanguy BERTOLUS
Technical and Operations Director
Tanguy Bertolus is Technical and Operations Director of VINCI Highways. He defines and leads the company’s technical and operational strategy across its global portfolio. His scope covers major construction and maintenance programmes, asset management and the operational performance of the highways in service. He also drives network-wide standards and improvement programmes in safety, environmental performance, technology, innovation and customer service.
He joined VINCI Highways in 2024. He began his career with Aéroports de Paris before becoming CTO of VINCI Airports and then CEO of Aéroports de Lyon.
He holds an engineering degree from the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
