Xavier DEFRENNE

CEO, ViaPlus

Xavier Defrenne is CEO of ViaPlus, the VINCI Highways subsidiary dedicated to digital tolling services, with projects in the US, Europe and India. He leads ViaPlus’ business development and performance. His priorities include strengthening synergies, delivering the highest standards of service to highway authorities, and accelerating innovation, particularly through the development of AI.

He joined ViaPlus in 2026. He has 25 years of international experience, including more than 20 years in intelligent transportation systems, transit and payment solutions. Before joining ViaPlus, he held senior positions with Conduent in the United States and Australia.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Brest and a Master in Management from HEC Paris and Sup’Aéro.
